This meditation features three tracks originally recorded on the “Forward Looking” cassette tape and later transferred to the Songbird Album. Together they form a journey that begins in the haunting indigo light of “Ajna” (the A key – third eye centre) continuing seamlessly “Into the Vortex” (B Key – Crown centre) and upward into an ethereal quiet that drifts gently toward the open door of “Paradise” (in the C key) a powerful but heavenly crescendo with a completing energy that draws to the heart, the realisation of our true soul-purpose and the freedom to be who we really are.
My Meditation Tracks are all about finding your peace within, creating that moment to just be with yourself and letting your stress cease to be. Each meditation track is around 20 minutes, a good amount for meditation. Create that special time for yourself everyday.
